Located right on the main campus of Syracuse University at the corner of Comstock Avenue & Marshall Street, we have three layout options and many of our apartments come with oversized windows that overlook the city. When you live at Park Point you're part of an exclusive community. Residents enjoy using the private lounge and gated courtyard that includes a large gas grill. Our lounge and courtyard also host a number of great resident events throughout the year.
