Leasing for 2011-2010 will begin for new residents on October 1st . Please check back for an application. Current residents may begin renewing on September 15th. Click here for details.
When the leasing office is open, the following items may be dropped off in person:
- Application with $75 fee
- Signed lease with service fee
- Rent payments
Please do not leave paperwork or checks when office is not open.

Application and Leasing Process
1. Student submits completed application form and application fee to Park Point;
2. Park Point confirms eligibility with SU;
3. Student is informed of eligibility results;
4. Park Point will send lease to eligible student;
5. Student must provide to Park Point a completed Lease (including Guarantor signature) and a non-refundable service fee of $100.00 along with the first month's rent;
6. Once a fully executed Lease, first month's rent and the non-refundable service fee are received, room selection appointments will be scheduled;
- Room Selection appointments will be scheduled in the order that fully executed leases are returned.
- For Students who would like to room together, all applicants' signed leases must be submitted prior to the room selection appointment.
- Park Point will find roommates for those who request it.
- All other students will be assigned according to availability.
