Maintenance requests are handled during normal business hours Monday through Friday.  Residents can submit a request by calling our office during business hours or emailing us at the e-mail address listed above.

If you have an after-hours emergency maintenance request, please call 585-340-1484.  Once an emergency request has been made, maintenance is notified and will respond as quickly as possible.

During hours that the leasing office is open, residents should contact the leasing office with any security-related concerns.  Security is on duty from 8:00pm to 6:00am, 7 days a week. Security can be reached by calling our main number and pressing #2 or the resident can go down to the security desk in the main foyer.
